e-mailing Solution

Internet and Emailing has had a strong impact on our lives since they came into existence. Especially the introduction of emailing opened new dimensions of communication. It made the world smaller and brought continents closer. e-sandesh is a big leap in email management and offers customization, flexibility, and extensibility to an extent that you cannot even imagine.
e-sandesh is a bilingual client side email solution that lets you access and manage your e-mails in the most convenient, friendly, efficient, extensible way. Though emailing replaces the conventional paper based correspondence method, it has problems of its own :-

	If you have an HTTP account, you need to visit the web site that provides you your email account, each time you want to check for new mails.
	If you have an IMAP or POP account, you use a mail client application that downloads your mails. That's not a problem actually! Most mail clients store mails in formats that cannot be read by other applications. So if you want to use some other software for managing your mails or want a customized one developed, you simply cannot do that.
	Sites and mail client software definitely facilitate categorization and management of emails but that's very much limited and often rigid.

1. If you have a POP or an IMAP account you can download your mails on your PC through the e-sandesh desktop client.
2. If you have an HTTP account, you can access your mails on the web through the web interface provided by e-sandesh.
3. And that's not all. e-sandesh is "Bilingual". Its web as well as desktop interface lets you compose, send and receive mails in English as well as in Hindi.
4. If you want to compose a 'Hindi' mail but have no idea of hindi typing, that's not a problem either. E-sandesh comes with a built-in'Transliterater' that assists you in composing hindi mails.

6. e-sandesh not only lets you categorize your mails by subject, sender, date, size, priority etc, but through custom fields of information like 'Letter Number', 'Reference Number' or any other piece of information by which you want to segregate them.
7. That's not all either, e-sandesh uses Microsoft-Access database as its backend for storing emails. That means you can access your mails from outside e-sandesh also.
8. e-sandesh can present your mails in many pre-defined formats but if you still want more, you can define formats of your choice because now you have full access to the database.
9. Using this database you can even get a customized application written that presents your emails in formats of your choice.

:	Main Screen
		this screen lets you view mails, their contents, and the folder hierarchy of e-sandesh all together. you can read and manage your mails on one single screen.
	Column Definition screen:
		Using this screen, you can customize the view as well order of columns that appear on the main screen. The column definition screen also lets you create and delete custom columns.
	Account Mgt. Screen:
		Using this screen you can add and configure your email account(s) in e-sandesh.
	Address Book:
		E-sandesh comes with a comprehensive address book that lets you create and manage contacts, groups, and folders. You can categorize contacts, either by putting them in a group or a folder.
	Message Composition Screen:
		This screen lets you compose e-mail messages with various formatting options. As you can see, the custom columns that you create in e-sandesh are also displayed in this screen under the 'Subject' placeholder.
